Black Stories we should all know…Mrs. Rachel Clark in her 20s she married Jack Clark and then they moved to archery Georgia to work on Earl Carter’s farm. Aat the time president Carter was a little boy and so when his parents would go out of town, he would ask spend the night at the Clark’s house. They would make him a pallet and then Mrs. Rachel Clark would take him fishing and talk to him about a lot of life lessons. President Jimmy Carter said that Mrs. Rachel Clarke was the most remarkable and made the most significant and lasting impact on his life.
