People die, and get killed and murdered every day.
People are typically indifferent to the death and loss of others. It seems like this company may have held that same level of apathy as it relates to the lives of others. I don’t view this murder any different than any other and the fact that he’s getting so much attention speaks a lot about how much we value life based on the position, prominence and wealth of the individual who is victimized.
He was the father of two children. My heart goes out to them. People lose their parents every day.

Most people who are gone down do not make the news the fact that this dominates headlines is a clear indication that his prominent position has gained him sympathy.

With this is effectively done is opened up a whole new industry for those who are prominent to be protected. And I’m not saying that there isn’t a need for protection, but I do think the “both and” approach is one that should be implemented.
